As we are pretty well packed up, and because we will miss one of our favorite restaurants, we decided to go to PJ’s Rainbow Cafe for dinner.  It has been one of our favorite places since we arrived.  Of course we had our go to meal, Chicken Fried Steak.  And obviously we had our pie to go.  Dinner is so filling.  Fortunately our friend Reda was working.  This gives us a chance to say so long to The Pie Lady.  Over the last few months Reda is another local that we have made friends with.  There are definitely some places and mostly people we will miss.
