We finished work today and decided that since the weather was very nice we would venture out again after lunch. We opted to go back to the Garden of the Gods to finish our tour. We arrived and took off from where we left off. We made a few stops to see Balance Rock and the Scotsman. It is a beautiful park. As normal now, as we finished up sight seeing and was headed toward the exit, we heard thunder and felt a few drops of rain. That was our cue to exit. We made our way out of the park in a different direction today and headed home. As we were exiting the park, the rain started and then we ran into some hail. Very strange weather.
