Today I decided was the day to do another Boston Butt. I prepped it last night and put it on the smoker this morning before work. I learned a couple of things from the first one. The first one didn’t last even a week. It was all gone. This time I got a larger one, about 8 pounds. It was another late night but worth it. I was able to freeze 3 bags of pulled pork and still gave some to Belinda and Kathy and some to Steve’s family. It was good. We even had a meal or two out of it before freezing.
