Happy Independence Day! Yes we worked today but not a full day. It was our day for the late shift. Steve and Kelly decided that today the office/store would close at 5:30PM instead of 8:00PM. They are hosting a pitch-in at their house around 6 for their family and work campers. Belinda cleaned the small bath house for me so all I had to do was the large one. Once I finished with that, I was told to go home. That gave me time to make my stove top Mac and cheese. Of course before work I had to run to the store for a couple of items. At 6 we headed down for the cook out. It was a very nice time. Lots of stories and good conversations. We opted not to go watch the local fireworks. I heard they were very good.

I had been looking at recipes and I was going to do an Apple Pie Smoked baked beans. However, Belinda beat me to the punch so we opted for my mac and cheese. Overall it was a very nice time.
